Lauryn Franzoni is Vice President and Executive Editor of ExecuNet (www.execunet.com) the leading Internet-based resource for executive leadership, career, market trend and management information. She is responsible for market research, website and publications content, and overseeing the company's Executive Career Management and Networking Services.

Prior to joining ExecuNet, Ms. Franzoni was Senior Vice President/Group Publisher at Gilder Publishing LLC, where she directed all internal and external operations of four advanced technology publishing franchises for the think tank led by internationally acclaimed technology visionary George Gilder. From 1993-2000 Ms. Franzoni was Director of Hart Europe Ltd. (London) and Vice President of Phillips Business Information (Washington, D.C.), where she led international energy newsletter, database and magazine publishing operations with offices in London, Aberdeen, Stavanger, Houston and Washington, D.C.

In addition to post-graduate finance and language studies, Ms. Franzoni holds an MA in Journalism and Public Affairs from The American University and a BA in American Studies from Dickinson College
 
Robyn Greenspan

Editor-in-Chief


Robyn Greenspan is the Editor-in-Chief at ExecuNet, where she is the creator of much of the editorial content. Ms Greenspan tracks executive job market indicators, along with general economic conditions and changes in management practices that may have significant influence on executive performance.

Ms. Greenspan is primarily responsible for ExecuNet's biweekly print and online publications and the company's widely cited and highly recognized annual Executive Job Market Intelligence Report. She also originated the series of reports, Dealing With Your Digital Dirt, which raised international awareness of how information found online can affect executive-level job searches and how executives can positively manage their Internet reputation.

Prior to joining ExecuNet in 2004, Ms. Greenspan was trend-spotting as a Managing Editor of Jupitermedia's ClickZ network. Her research and writing has been cited in thousands of online publications as well as more than a dozen books and textbooks, and she has appeared as an expert in online reputation management on radio.

Ms. Greenspan received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Bridgeport, where she is currently a candidate for a dual Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Resources Development.
 
Joseph Daniel McCool

Senior Contributing Editor


Joseph Daniel McCool is senior contributing editor with ExecuNet and a widely recognized expert on issues related to executive-level recruiting, management succession, and leadership development.

Mr. McCool previously worked for eight years as editor of Executive Recruiter News, which has provided insight, analysis, data, and opinion on the global executive search consulting business since 1980. He has become the world's most widely quoted analyst of the global business of executive search consulting and its role in management succession. Mr. McCool was also cited/quoted as an expert on executive-level recruiting and management succession issues in three books: The Road to CEO (published in 2000 by Adams Media Corporation), Executive Resource Management (published in 2000 by Davies-Black Publishing) and Insider's Guide to Finding A Job (published in 2004 by JIST Publishing, Inc.)

He has been a frequent and repeat guest speaker and occasional keynoter at conferences addressing issues of executive-level recruiting, management succession, executive career transition, and corporate recruiting best practices around the world.
